All orders that are made are non refundable and can take up to a week to ship. I strive to bring the highest quality at the best price and making sure it arrives to you as quick as possible.
Returns and Shipping
All rod holders are 100% tig welded for the best looking and strongest rod holders around! You will get a warranty of 2 years on the welds if something may happen. You will have to ship to me at your own cost and I will repair and clean up and make them looking brand new and ship back free of charge. Please email photo of issue before sending. These are ment to be stomped in using stomp pad and foot(shoes are mandatory). If hammered I recommend hammering on pad on bottom left and right corners where spikes are, that is the strongest and best area to effectively get you spike in the ground. The top 2 steps are not ment to be hit with hammer most importantly as it will not drive your spikes in effectively and there is not a good holding point for hammering from the top step.
After 2 years u can still ship them in if needing a fix but you are responsible for shipping to me and back to you. I will still honor free of charge on making your clawz look new!
